The hotel has a central location and offers nice hot breakfasts. The rooms are very clean and come with a great-sized bathroom, a couch, Wi-Fi, and a sofa bed. The food is good, there is a nice view, and the service is very good....

Fantastic value for money

Had a very enjoyable short stay on working days. Everything was fine here. - the views were particularly nice. - Its handy, central location was a plus. - We do recommend the restaurant a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel...

The guest room we stayed in was new-fashioned with a double bed settee. The location was central, next to the Central Line tube station called "North Acton," and other areas around.

Fairly clean accommodation, very courteous staff with a simple check-in process and express check-out available. Location - ideal, close enough to the subway station as well as say 15 minutes to the centre by underground.

This place is clean and located in a great area, it's always a nice stay here.

Room is a decent size with a nicely designed bathroom 🚿. The beds are very clean and the facilities are great.

Make sure you stay in the guest room with coffee, possibility to fresh air and heating. The location is decent, close to Covent Garden, and the tube station - couldn't be better. The place to order lunch just a short walk away from the hotel is Ahwangy.

The staff was consistently courteous. The check-in process was simple.- Express check-out was available.- The rooms were modern and clean.- The rooms had heating, a double bed, and all essentials.

The location is perfect, you get off at the Underground (about 30 min to the center), the hotel is on the left side or at the bus stop, which is directly in front of the hotel. A supermarket is opposite and is open until midnight. The room was as described and very clean. The breakfast is typical English but good. We had a room in the direction of the street, it was partly a little louder, but one could sleep well (one is in London, after all). The staff was very friendly and helpful, I had questions about my Oystercard and the ladies and gentlemen at the reception helped me very well. We were able to leave our suitcase at the hotel on departure, at no extra charge. I would book it again immediately!! Simply perfect, also recommendable for a longer stay.

The window could not be opened - but the cleaners open it during cleaning. The drain in the bathroom is apparently not properly installed? The water runs towards the door and not into the drain (at least some of it), but you have enough towels to dry the floor later.

The breakfast here is of good quality! 🍳

Great value for sure! I got the rate of 88 pounds per night per room. The hotel is very clean, staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was basic but you 'll be full (its a buffet, all the food was refilled constantly. as a budget student traveller, I ate myself very full so that I could skip lunch) Location is a bit away from the heart of London but as it's still in zone 2 (North Acton is in both zones 2&3 to be exact) and its on Central line which most attractions lie, it's fine. Its very close to a massive shopping centre Westfield which is a few tube stations away (Shepherd's Bush). It was great to spend our time there since there was downpour in London...........shame
